Solved: module 'i360' already loaded in unknown:0 whmcs

Today I am gonna teach you how to solve the “Module ‘i360’ already loaded in Unknown:0 whmcs” issue in WHMCS. This issue may also appear with the following error message: “Oops! Something went wrong and we couldn’t process your request. Please go back to the previous page and try again.”, and is corelated with some of the actions you may want to add/change in the WHMCS dashboard: Add/Change products/ Add/Change payments, and so.

This has been sorted by disabling the i360 PHP extension in cPanel. The guys from WHMCS are working on a fix within the next few weeks which will solve this. Until them, do this for solving the issue:

The error message on WHMCS can be solved very quick. You have two options for that:

1. If you have access to the “PHP Selector”, in the cPanel, do the following thing:

Login to cPanel -> PHP Selector | extensions -> Uncheck the “i360” box. After that press save and check your WHMCS dashboard. If there is nothing changed, change the PHP version to a new one ( Let’s say you have PHP 7.2 and you have the option to change it to PHP 7.3 ). Press “Save” and reload the page. Now downgrade again to PHP 7.2 and try to repeat the unchecking action of “i360”. After that, everything should working fine.

2. If you don’t have access to your PHP Selector, contact your Hosting Provider and ask them to do that for you.

That’s all! I hope you’ve solved this issue!
